Misan Rewane
Misan is passionate about using education to impact youth and effect change. A Nigerian, she previously worked at Monitor Group, Technoserve, Bridge International Academies, and The Center for Public Policy Alternatives.

She has also co-founded IMPACT Initiative (a youth development non-profit), and Designing Futures (an education incubator). Misan has received degrees from Stanford University and Harvard Business School.

Noella Moshi
Noella is passionate about designing for scale. She is the Programs Lead at WAVE. Prior to that, she was on the founding team of African Leadership University (ALU) Education where she directed Marketing. Noella co-developed Goodbye Malaria, a social impact venture that works with private and non-profit organisations to eliminate malaria. Noella holds a Masters in Clinical Science and Immunology from the University of Cape Town, is a Mandela-Rhodes scholar, and is among the Mail & Guardian top 200 Young South Africans.

Somto Ogbonna
Somto is passionate about impacting people as well as transforming the customer service industry. Somto heads the People department at WAVE before which he was an In-house trainer. Prior to WAVE, he worked as the Customer Care/Fundraising Officer for Kizito Care and Support Initiative, an NGO focused on impacting their surrounding communities through education and health care. Somto holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration and Accounting from Troy University.
Ebehi Ugberaese
Ebehi loves to organize and serve others (humanitarian service) which is why she belongs to an NGO called WWW (Women Who Win. An NGO that supports and inspires women, especially teenage Nigerian girls in areas of hygiene and setting up small scale businesses). She coordinates training and academy operations at WAVE. Prior to WAVE she worked at Banksome Global Resources as a project manager/site engineer (Construction of residential and commercial apartments). She’s a graduate of Mechanical Engineering from Ambrose Alli University, and holds an executive masters in Prince2 and PMP introduction certificate. She’s also a graduate member of the Nigeria society of Engineers.

Fiyinfolu Ariyo
Fiyin is passionate about working with young people and helping them achieve their full potential. Before joining the WAVE team, she garnered experience as a Human resource professional, working in the pharmaceutical industry. She has a B.Sc. in Microbiology from the Obafemi Awolowo University.
Seun Okanlawon
Seun works in Finance, before which he worked in academy operations where he ensured the successful completion of WAVE’s training program. He has BSc. in Geology from the University of Benin and is also an alumnus of WAVE academy. He worked as an intern at WAVE academy before joining the team. Working with WAVE gives him the opportunity to meet people with different personalities and share ideas.
Connecting with other young people across different spectrums has driven him towards the path of youth development and positive social change. He loves music and can connect to any type of music, rock, classical, rap, r ‘n’ b etc.

Kelvin Bob-Manuel
Kelvin has a passion for radio broadcasting and the use of social media. He coordinates outreach activities which comprises working with religious institutions, military quarters (barracks) and everything social media in creating awareness about WAVE. Before WAVE, he interned at the community radio station in school and was also an entertainment correspondent for a lifestyle magazine (IDLEWILD). He holds a B.A in English from the University of Lagos and is an Alumnus of WAVE Academy.
Ifeanyi Okafor
Ifeanyi has a B.Sc. in Microbiology from Delta State University. Prior to WAVE She taught Biology during her National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Membership. Ifeanyi is passionate about working with young people, and she enjoys good food and good music.

Jide King
Jide cares about making an impact in the life of youths and pointing them in the right direction. He is an In-House trainer at WAVE. Before WAVE Jide taught Civic Education during his mandatory 1 year national youth service. He is a graduate of the University of Benin with a degree in Sociology and Anthropology.
Taiwo Oni
Taiwo likes to sell and reach out to young people. He coordinates outreach programmes for WAVE which involves working with government agencies at different levels to create awareness about WAVE among unemployed youths in different communities. He graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile ife, Osun State where he studied Demography and Social Statistics. Before WAVE he worked as a marketer with Mutual Assurance Life Plc.

Anthonette Agonsi
Anthonette has six years of experience in HR, administration and psychology. She earned a Master’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and is a certified customer relationship management professional. As admissions/outreach officer, she helps communicate WAVE’s mission to young people, enlightening them about opportunities and job placements. She a strong passion for youth development and enjoys focusing on the topics of social enterprise, corporate social responsibility, human rights and justice, fashion and arts. Her dream is to see a Nigeria with numerous opportunities for youths.
Mercy Titus
Mercy is a passionate accounting and business management professional with five plus years of experience with private and non-profit organizations in England, Nigeria and 18 other African countries. Her Strengths include business advisory, strategic management reporting, compliance transformation, corporate governance evaluation, Internal Audit assessment, Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), negotiation, business analysis, risk management, research and performance Improvement/management with keen interest in digital evolution and disruptions. Mercy currently leads Finance and Sustainability at WAVE.

Ruth David
Ruth works on outreach and admissions processes. Her role involves informing young, unemployed individuals about the work of WAVE and undertaking the processes necessary for their admission into the WAVE program. Ruth’s contribution to WAVE is geared towards bettering the lot of the average African youth today. Having had a personal struggle as an African Youth trying to find her footing. Ruth is passionate about developing human capital and capacitating youth to perform at a high level in work engagements. Ruth is keen on creating economic opportunities for youth in her communities. Ruth holds a B.Sc in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Benin (Nigeria), and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, CIPM.
Samuel Ihonde
Samuel works with the Admissions team to spread awareness in communities and create opportunity for unemployed youths. Samuel likes sales and meeting people. He was also a trainee at WAVE ACADEMY, where he acquired intensive training on employability skills. He is an SSCE holder with a prospect to acquire a degree in international relations and diplomacy.

Osarume Akenzua
Corperate Training Lead
Osarume Akenzua is a Soft skills Trainer and Life Coach. With a background in Legal Education (and called to the Nigerian Bar six years ago), he uses his advocacy skills to influence both young people and organizations to adopt soft skills training as a performance booster on and off the job. Osarume has worked extensively with over 40 businesses over the last 3 years to advise, and train on the importance of talent learning and development, especially in soft skills.
Osarume is also an NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner and a member of the Life Coaching Association of Nigeria. He has worked with numerous prominent companies, in his role as Corporate training Lead at WAVE Academy; some of which include American International School, Uber, ALARA, GTBank, Google and Vital Products Plc. He has also worked on projects such as the ReadySetWork Initiative for final year university students, organized by the Office of the Special Adviser, Education, Lagos state.
