Organization: a print and packaging company based in *Gbagada* Lagos, Nigeria. They specialize in the design, print, and packaging of business cards, brochures, stickers, paper bags, food packs, gift boxes, etc.

Roles available;

1. Graphics Designer (N60,000 to N70,000)
2. Social media marketer (N45,000 to N55,000) (would be able to work virtually at least twice a week)
3. Operations manager (N70,000 to N80,000)

Other Requirements

Graphic designer - Execute each client's brief by researching and analyzing their needs, in order to create innovative concepts and designs that will enable the client to reach a satisfactory decision within a timely manner.

- Liaise with the marketing team lead to create designs and content for the company's social media platforms 

- Work closely with the production team and external service providers to ensure that artworks and designs are executed perfectly

Social Media Marketer - Create interesting  and engaging content daily for the company's social media platform whilst engaging with followers and responding to questions about our products and service offerings

- Collate and analyze trends and data that will enable management to make informed decisions pertaining to the business' performance, future projections, and new opportunities

- Capture new products and strategically sell on all the company's platforms while reinforcing the company's mission and values 

Operations Manager - Create a production timeline, schedule, and budget for each project to meet each client's specifications and deadlines

- Monitor and maintain product standards during production and implement quality control to ensure the desired outcome is attained

To select the right vendors and production methods by liaising with the design team and discussing expected outcomes with the vendors to ensure that production is executed seamlessly.
