Oladipupo Imoleayo Blessing from Ibadan, Oyo State, joined the WAVE Tech and Employability Skills Training Program with an ND in Computer Science.

He discovered the program through a Facebook ad while searching for tech skills to learn and he applied, focusing on graphics design and video editing during the training.

Oladipupo's expectations were high- he wanted to acquire new skills, and meet new people. Reflecting on the experience, he shared, "The training was exciting and transformative. It significantly benefited both my business and personal life."

Despite transportation challenges, Oladipupo attended every session without fail. After completing the program, he secured a position as a graphic designer and video editor at Oyo Media Digital, under the Office of the Governor of Oyo State.

"The skills I learned during the WAVE training are exactly what I apply in my current job," he noted. Passionate about making a difference in his community, Oladipupo continues to advocate for social impact initiatives and projects benefiting youth and underserved groups.

"I am thankful for the chance WAVE gave me because that experience has transformed my life and work."

Ifeoluwa's admirer❤️
Her story is inspiring. I feel motivated. She is a young girl who at a tender age knows what she wants and she is working towards becoming her dreams.

I really love the transformation that Wave is causing in the lives of the young people. Mary's experience just stands out. She is more equipped to live. This and more is what young girls especially need to compete favorably in Nigeria. Apart from the people that are in Lagos state, how can youths from other states participate in this training? How much does the training cost? Before I go, I really appreciate the leadership of West African Vocational Education. God richly bless you. Thank.
