"The essence of the program is to train them on relevant skills"- Hon. Mrs. Uzamat Akinbile-Yusuf (WAVE/LAGOS STATE PROJECT)

To round off the WAVE/Lagos state government project, the Lagos state commissioner of wealth creation and employment, Comm. Pharm Uzamat Akinbile-Yusuf was in attendance of the Batch 5.1 graduation ceremony. C.E.O WAVE recruiting;  Mobola Adeniyi was also in attendance.

The three-hour event was packed with a lot of educative and informative items as the graduands were advised on how to be of greater value in the labour market while also consciously raising the WAVE flag. The 6-weeks program received 110 applications–while 80 were admitted, 50 graduated from the program are currently undergoing the job shadow program at various organizations in Lagos state.
The WAVE/Lagos state 4-in-1 project is one of the major partnerships to eliminate unemployment in the state.
