I discovered WAVE through another business on Instagram, looked up information about them, and decided to give them a call.

We have had about five people join us from WAVE, and even more through job shadow (internship). What I appreciate about WAVE is that the individuals coming from them possess diverse skills. For instance, we have had chefs who can also handle data entry and highly skilled accountants.

While we have recruited from other sources before, the consistency of the candidates from WAVE stands out.
